Whenever we bring our Advanced Shamanic workshop: Healing the Shaman’s Soul and Heart into your town, we always conduct a 12+ hour, single day concentrated version of our two day Foundation of Shamanic Practices workshop. We hold the Foundations Course on Friday and then the Advanced program on Saturday and Sunday.
It is important to note that there is no loss in the material covered on Friday from our regular 2 day program. It is merely offered at a slightly faster pace with shorter breaks.
We have found over the years that our students do very well with this program. At the end of the first day, they are not exhausted and they have very good retention. On Saturday morning (we usually start at 9:00) they are “bright eyed and bushy tailed” and have slept very well and are ready to hop into the advanced program with ease.
It is not mandatory to do all three days. We offer this for students who missed us previously and we always offer our students a chance to repeat our courses at cost. We usually have a few repeat students in the Friday course and they always acquire new information.
It is mandatory though that you have either taken our entry programs for Shamanism prior to taking our Advanced Course. You must have taken either our (former) Core Shamanism Program or our Fundamentals of Shamanic Practices workshops. If you have studied Shamanism before, we ask that you speak to us prior to registration so we can make certain that we are on the same page.
Our Advanced program is very powerful. It is our belief that we, as Shamanic Practitioners, must first heal our own selves before we begin doing work for others. The beauty of this program is that what is taught can be easily applied when you wish to do this work with others.
